Democrats held a banquet for appreciation to Asian Communities
Abstract: In the evening of the 5th of November, The Chair of Democrats of Maryland, Mr. Bruce Poole, held an appreciation banquet with the democratic delegates of Maryland and Asian communities to engage everyone in a friendly and social atmosphere. CCCAA was invited for the banquet.
Seven Asian delegates and senators of Maryland gathered together with more than 200 guests originating from China, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and Japan. Upon the invitation from Mrs. Susan Lee (Senator of Maryland) and Dr. Clarence Lam (Delegate of Maryland), Mr. Ningping Feng (Chairman of CCCAA), Mr. Hui Li (Secretary of CCCAA), Ms. Jun Han (Deputy Director of Publicity), Mr. Jeff Wang (Deputy Director of Government Liaison and Public Affairs), and Ms. Peng Xu (Deputy Director of Government Liaison and Public Affairs), and Ms. Xiaochun Lei (Director of the Northwest Association) were present at this banquet as well. During the evening, all delegates showed their appreciation for the overwhelming support from Asian communities and ensured their continuing efforts of furthering the friendly relationship between American and Asian communities.
